As of Friday, July 25, 2025, at 11:30 AM, the following bathing beach updates have been issued
Keyes (Sea Street) Beach will remain closed to swimming over the weekend due to high bacterial counts. Multiple water samples (collected daily) were tested and failed; the geometric mean is well above the standard. This beach will require several additional samples in order for the geometric mean to decrease below the limit.
Please note, that since our last report, Eugenia Fortes Beach has been re-opened to swimming. The re-test sample passed. The posting has been removed.
