The Town of Barnstable invites interested individuals to attend an informational meeting to discuss sewer design plans for the Phinney’s Lane Neighborhoods Sewer Expansion Project. This project will expand sewer into residential neighborhoods to the east and west of Phinney’s Lane. Construction is anticipated to occur from Fall 2026 through Fall 2029.

The informational session will be held:
IN-PERSON on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 6:00 PM
LOCATION: Barnstable Adult Community Center (825 Falmouth Road, Hyannis)
Staff from the Barnstable Department of Public Works will provide a presentation on the project and answer general questions from the public. For those unable to attend, the meeting will be recorded and later shared via Barnstable Government Access Video on Demand. A meeting summary and link to the recording will also be posted here on Barnstable Water Resources, within the Newsroom.
