Today’s Update:
Kalmus Beach is re-opened to swimming.   The beach was resampled and analyzed at the County laboratory late this afternoon.   This beach now meets the Massachusetts Bathing Beach Regulations, 105 CMR 445.00 and is re-opened.

Parker Pond was sampled and was found to have high levels of Cyanobacteria concentrations.  It is being posted at the warning level.

  • Long Pond, Marstons Mills

To protect yourself and pets:

  • Do not drink pond water.
  • Do not swim.
  • Keep pets and livestock away.
  • Avoid areas with scum while boating and do not eat fish.

Call your doctor or veterinarian if you or your animals have a sudden or unexplained sickness or signs of poisoning.
